The SPECIFIC rules for Drawing and Painting are:

1. 1.Do not enter groups of pictures, as they cannot be judged fairly against a single picture. 
   

2. 2.All entries must be mounted on a stiff mat board. 
   

3. 3.Pictures (excluding the mat) must be a minimum size of 8x11 inches and a maximum of 16x20 inches.
   
   

The criteria for judging are:

1. 1. Originality/Creativity
   

2. 2. Degree of Skill 
   

3. 3. Design and Color 
   

4. 4. Accuracy/Authenticity 
   

5. 5. Adherence to Classical Theme  one piece of paper.  There should be no paste-ons.
   

6. 6. Neatness 
   

7. 7. Adherence to Rules  
   

8. 8. Overall Effect
